CAMILLE VOISIN

CEO

Camille, who keeps herself constantly up-to-date with the news, devotes herself to her passions of reading, spending time with her family, partying with friends, playing tennis and Game of Thrones – the last episode of which she would not miss under any circumstances. Gifted with a sixth sense and a rare talent for intuition, this Franco-British woman with a penchant for beautiful things spends most of her time between Marseille, Nice and Paris.

After obtaining her diploma in Foreign Languages, Literature and Civilisation (Université Paris VII), Camille trained within a company that allowed her to acquire expertise in the management of events for the medical sector. Project Manager then Executive Director of the agency EVIC Events, she then moved to MCO Congress in Marseille where she further developed her aptitudes in organisation, project management and client relations.

Driven by a desire for independence and freedom of decision, Camille co-founded the agency Eventime in March 2012 with the primary objective of providing quality service and unbeatable responsiveness.

JAMES DEBOS

CEO

A big fan of the Smiths – a group he listens to on loop – James organizes his life around family, friends, his collection of Geo magazines started in 1986, travel and his 13,581 Indie pop singles. His dream: driving an old black convertible Mustang.

Holding a Master in Marketing, he completed his training in Berlin where he studied the economic and political liberalization of Central and Eastern European countries. After a two-year transition within a PCO agency (Professional Conference Organizer) he founded the agency EVIC Events in Paris in 1999, specializing in creating and organizing conferences. EVIC was sold in 2006 to Colloquium where he held the position of Director of Marketing and Development. In 2009 he joined GL Events group where he developed the PCO service offering in synergy with the Convention Centre.

Close friend of Camille Voisin and Caroline Metais, James co-founded Eventime with them in order to bring his expertise both in development and in the sector of MICE (Meeting Incentives, Congress & Exhibition).

Aurencie RANSON

Development Director

Ever since her early childhood, Aurencie has always had a passion for getting the job done properly. Always on the lookout for opportunities to broaden her horizons and satisfy her curiosity, she loves the great outdoors, sport, and traveling.

Following a year in New York City, it was with the same can-do attitude and freshly graduated from the Montpellier Business School, that Aurencie joined Montpellier Events as Head of Development. She left Montpellier to consecutively join development teams at the Lyon Convention Bureau and then Nantes Cité des Congrès where she worked in international development for more than 4 years.

After 12 years’ experience in the Meetings and Events industry, Aurencie seized the opportunity to join our teams and head the Development Department.

From day 1, she has brought her usual enthusiasm, energy and industry expertise to our teams.

CARINE DE PONCINS

Project Manager

An travel enthusiast who loves to relax on the beach, Carine relishes in organizing pleasant and sunny meetups with family or friends. Full of life and very active, she is always game for new adventures.

Having graduated with a Master from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce at Kedge Business School (Marseille), Carine began her career in events at the Montreal Fashion & Design Festival. Armed with this experience abroad, she then joined the Paris agency Le Public Système PCO (since renamed Hopscotch) where she trained for two years in the project management of medical conferences. Eager to evolve within a young company in full bloom, Carine was won over by the corporate vision of Eventime’s directors, and joined the company in 2014.

MAUD ABRIAL

Project Manager

It is in a fifties atmosphere amidst Scandinavian furniture that Maud prefers to get together with loved ones to enjoy a good bottle of wine. Her idiosyncrasy: she always has a Liberty print somewhere about her person!

A graduate of the Institut Vatel, a business school specializing in hotel and catering, Maud was attracted by the events sector early on. After a year at Evergreen Laurel Hotel as a sales representative, Maud enriched her career with Potel & Chabot, the most prestigious Parisian house of gastronomy events. Having done everything from the organization of a dinner at the Opera Garnier to a professional conference at the Centre of New Industries and Technologies, event organization now holds no secrets for her.

Driven by the desire to join a company on the rise, Maud joined the Eventime team in April 2016 to contribute to the success of its projects.

Laurence Astier

LAURENCE ASTIER

Project Manager

Originally from Austria, but a Marseillaise at heart, Laurence has several passions and energy to spare. Despite being an avid traveller since she was a child, it is interior design she is most interested in. A caring mother to 3 children, Laurence is passionate about sport and football in particular as she is an OM fan.

Trilingual and with a diploma from ISCOM, Laurence held various positions of responsibility, principally in the field of sport, notably with Adidas, and l’Equipe newspaper, before working for OM Football Club (hmm, interesting….).

Her love of sport and challenges naturally led her to Eventime where she actively participates in the development of our congresses.

FANNY MANCINI

Junior Project Manager

Fanny is the youngest member of our team ! Enthusiastic and vivacious, she has strong ties to her home town, Aix-en-Provence, and her clan. From this stable base she was naturally drawn to a career involving a high level of interaction with others.

After her BTS course in Client Services, Fanny, inquisitive and determined, decided to continue her studies with a course in Event Project Management. Several rewarding internships confirmed her desire to work in Event Management.

Keen to contribute to Eventime’s success, Fanny is joining the staff as a Junior Project Manager. We are delighted to have her on the team.

DJAMILA KERROUZI

Sales Manager

Djamila is an energic and enthusiastic young lady who is always coming up with great ideas at every occasion. Thanks to running sessions and exploration of new cultures through travels around the world, she always remains optimistic and brings freshness to everyday life.

She got a Master degree in International Marketing from the School of Management in Lille and spent one year in Canada. Further, she occupied the position of Commercial Manager in Comexposium and then in Marseille Chanot where she took part in the development of Corporate Exhibitions and in launching of new professional exhibitions.

Djamila naturally decides to join Eventime as she likes to give the best of herself by always meeting new challenges.

CHRISTOPHE BRUNA

Sales Manager

Keen amateur of great literary classics (X-Men, The Fantastic 4, Spiderman, Pif Gadget comic, …) and of cinema (Star Wars, Arthur and the Minimoys,…), Christophe has always shown interest in human relationships and cultural masterpieces.

After obtaining a first class prize in drama from the Conservatory of Montpellier and a Teaching Diploma from the Jean Périmony Drama School (Paris), Christophe began his career by founding a theatre school in Beziers. After three years of artistic activity, he finally took a professional U-turn by integrating the event & marketing services of the Tornier Group, specialized in surgical implants, within which he officiated for fifteen years. He later joined the “dark side of the force”, initially by integrating a French PCO agency as international project manager.

He finally joined EVENTIME as Sales Manager in charge of partners and of industry, so as to bring his knowledge and expertise to the commercial development of the group’s dossiers.

ALEXANDRA BOBAND

Scientific Programme Manager

A true Marseillaise, Alexandra would never give up her beloved calanques and the charm of the South of France. A big sports fan, she gives weekly Swedish gym lessons.

After obtaining a Master from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce at the Kedge Business School (Marseille), Alexandra began her career in the hotel trade, initially at the Pullman Palm Beach Marseille as events manager, then at Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port as sales representative and events manager.

Alexandra quickly felt the desire to join a young and dynamic company that would allow her to work on projects of a bigger scope.  Her desire became reality at EVENTIME, where she has worked since January 2016.

KARINE HERAUD

Scientific Programme Manager

Karine has a long-standing passion for Brazilian dance, and her sons are equally enthusiastic about football, so she has little time to get bored! However she always finds time to enjoy a night out or a week-end among friends.

Passionate about travel, she was quite naturally drawn to a Tourism qualification (BTS), and went on to design tourist products for bus-tour operators. She initially worked as a sales assistant at Azur Voyages, then spent a year in group sales at Nap Voyages before finding her place as a travel agent within their groups department.

With 15 years of experience in the organization of group travel, she embarked upon the challenge of taking on larger events such as congresses, and joined the team at Eventime last May.

CHRISTINE HESSLER

Scientific Programme Manager

Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, Christine is passionate about travel; she loves the sun and going to the beach, and she delights in both preparing and savouring French cuisine…which is partly why she decided to move to Provence in 2017. This came as a significant change after 13 wonderful years spent beneath the grey skies of the UK. 

A graduate in Tourism Management (BA) and Conference & Events Management (MA), Christine has worked for several international companies in London. During her time with TFI Group (event agency), she discovered a passion for medical conferences. Enthusiastic for the MICE * industry, Christine is a board member of MPI (Meeting Professionals International). Christine also organized one of the major MICE events at Reed Exhibitions: Ibtm World. 

Having gained much from this experience on the other side of the Channel, Christine was eager to find an ambitious company that would allow her to express her full potential in a positive and dynamic atmosphere. She has been able to do just that since joining Eventime in October 2017.

Ophelie Di Paola

Accounting Department

Never without her lipstick, Ophélie likes to take care of her appearance and keeps up to date on the latest fashions. Brimming with youthful energy, and always with a smile on her face, the youngest Eventime team member possesses a most contagious joie de vivre.

With a degree in accounting, her imperative was to join a fast-growing company in order to be able to evolve, develop her skills, and acquire fresh knowledge.

Ophélie seized a great opportunity at the end of August 2016 and joined Eventime.

Andy Saint Léger

Accounting Assistant

Aquaman, Batman, Justice League, Mutafukaze, Lady Mechanika … if these names don’t ring-a-bell they have no secrets for comic and video game fan Andy! Be they retro or novelty, he loves them all!

It was thanks to this passion that Andy graduated as a video game programmer with RNCP II after a year spent developing applications with an association and two years as a multimedia advisor with the French internet provider FREE. Although the link between arcade games and accounting is not immediately obvious, Andy is very enthusiastic about his professional reconversion and was awarded an AFPA approved Accounting Assistant title in 2018.

He joined us after his internship in an accounting firm in Marseille and is very motivated by the prospect of delivering in his new job with Eventime.

Juliette Martin

Commercial Attaché

Juliette loves to travel. From a very young age, she had already had a first 6 month experience in London. Curious and discreet, Juliette set out to shine in her studies in order to quickly get into her first professional job. What better way to start than part-time with Eventime and the events industry!

She is currently following a BTS course in Negotiation and Digitization of Customer Relationships (NDCR), while working with Eventime in the position of Sales Attaché and Sales Administration.

Juliette is delighted to have joined our teams and hopes the experience she’ll gain in the field of events will allow her to acquire valuable knowledge for a successful career in the events industry.

MARION RICARD

Delegates Manager

Originally from Brittany, Marion is very proud of her origins and voices her pride on a regular basis. Her passions: horse riding, travelling in the USA, and above all, her three little boys who are rugby players in the making.

Holding a Master in LEA (Applied Foreign Languages) and a DESS in tourism, she is trilingual French, English and Italian, and has been fully immersed in the organization of medical conferences for over 15 years.

After 5 years at MCO Congress, 3 years in the organization of the Open 13, and 5 years in the organization of various events as a freelance, Marion decided in 2014 and with great pleasure, to join the Eventime team, the directors of which she has known for a long time.

MARINE BIBES

Delegates Manager

Passionate about reading and travel, Marine completed a BTS in Tourism.
With 3 years’ experience in Disneyland Paris followed by a year under the Florida sun, she knows all there is to know about leisure tourism.
At Airbus she acquired her first experience in business tourism, later consolidating that knowledge at
Biarritz for Events where she perfected her skills in the organization of seminars and congresses. She joined Eventime’s Paris team in July 2017 to take part in a new challenge.

Julie Grillet

Delegates Manager

Julie has two passions in life, cooking and sports. Your paths have certainly crossed if ever you attend the same events she does as a volunteer such as the World Handball Championships or the French Volley ball championships… or else during a Latin dance class!

She holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Créteil, and first worked in international sporting event organization during her time with the Corporate Sport Organization and the Decastar in Talence. Then came a wish to travel the world, so she left for a year to discover Australia.

Julie returned to France and joined our attendees department in 2019 because after all, congress organization can also be somewhat like sport at times.

ELISE TAGLIARINO

Delegates Manager

Elise is athletic, and she loves traveling and Italian food. As someone who appreciates the good things in life, she spends her spare time with friends and family, but also enjoys running and going to PSG football matches!

Elise graduated with a Master in Management and Marketing, obtained at the AMOS Paris business school; she also had the opportunity to study for one year in Italy.

She immersed herself in the world of events by joining Amaury Sport Organization for almost two years. She has collaborated on events such as the Paris Marathon, which was an unforgettable experience for a dedicated runner.

In November 2017, Elise joined Eventime in order to satisfy her curiosity about the world of events outside sports, and joined the Paris office where she is delighted to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team.

MARJORIE BALDJIAN

Human Resources Manager

Always moving around on her high heels, Marjorie spreads her optimism everywhere she goes while balancing between her family life, her career and her many interests like dancing, a passion that she shares with her daughters, cooking good food, reading crime books, listening to some music and sewing.

Graduated from a Master’s degree in International Business, Marjorie begin her professional career as a Sales Assistant in an international company before becoming an Executive Assistant, a pivotal and versatile role through which she will perform among other things, her first HR missions. Attracked by this field of expertise, she then decides to initiate a validation process and obtain the IAE Toulouse’s Human Resources Management Master in 2017.

By joining Eventime as Head of Human Resources at the end of 2018, she wants to bring her newly acquired expertise and fresh eyes to the team, but also to discover the world of events, an area of ​​activity different from her industry experience.

 

ROSELYNE WIELGOPOLSKI

Administrative Assistant

From Montreal, Roselyne chose to start a new life in Marseille and started to work with the Eventime team in March 2019.

After completing her studies in urban design and anthropology, she worked for 3 years as an administrative coordinator of a linguistic and cultural program at McGill University in Montreal.

Roselyne is passionate about philosophy, eastern cultures and the protection of the environnement.

 

 

Geoffrey SERRA

Accommodation Manager

It was from a very early age and surrounded by his family that Geoffrey’s passion for travel and new encounters was born. Music has always been an important part of his life. Passionate about folk and electric guitars, his repertoire ranges from Blues to Jazz through to Picking. For the insiders out there, he still takes Jean Félix-Lalanne lessons…!

With a scientific baccalaureate diploma in hand, Geoffrey returned to his first “love” … travel! He naturally turned towards tourism industry studies and now holds a Master’s degree from the École Supérieure de Tourisme. After various experiences in Business Tourism and in import-export, he travelled to Reunion Island where he worked in the luxury hotel industry.

In 2018, Geoffrey joined Eventime to captain Bookingtime, our accommodation service. He is committed to sharing his constant quest for excellence and customer satisfaction.

hélène dallais

HÉLÈNE DALLAIS

Marketig and Communication Director

As a true sportswoman, Hélène loves a challenge. Her latest was the famous Marseille-Cassis race, which she completed with enthusiasm while admiring the landscapes of her childhood. What’s next? No doubt she’ll be bettering her golfing skills, a sport she only discovered recently. Hélène is always on-the-go, forever where the action is. She’s forward thinking and curious, her husband, her 3 children, her 2 dogs and … her 4 parrots are never far behind!

 

Hélène graduated from business school and quickly specialized in marketing as project manager at Colloquium where she started work in the field of congress organization. While at first she managed the agency’s operational aspects, she quickly became interested in communications and learned of the great importance of international association events. She went on to create a communications agency within the group entirely dedicated to catering to the needs of professional associations.

 

By joining Eventime, Hélène was eager to return to what was closest to her heart; off-the-beaten-track thinking and implementation, and adopting the right tactics in the wake of the chosen strategy!
